ETNF Investment s.r.o. is a Prague-based project development company founded in 2018. Headquartered at the geographical heart of Europe, we develop real estate and recreational projects across the European Union.
The company develops projects in which the family holds an ownership stake, combining the stability of a family-owned structure with the agility to respond to emerging opportunities. Alongside project development, ETNF offers consultancy and interim management services to selected partners.

ETNF was founded with an ambitious first project — a beach hotel complex developed in cooperation with ArinBurda Architects Partnership, Berlin. That collaboration set the tone: visionary thinking, strong partnerships, and a commitment to creating value for all project parties.
Our Prague location is deliberate — a central hub that enables efficient collaboration and implementation wherever opportunity arises across the EU. Built on a family-owned structure, the company combines long-term commitment with agile decision-making, ensuring stability while remaining responsive to emerging opportunities.
Today, our flagship project is GötÄlva — a waterfront wakeboard and recreation hub in Gothenburg, Sweden, currently in development.
